Customer Referral Voucher Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is a voucher that is supplied to Drakes’ trade customers and passed on by way of referral to their own non-trade customers. 
2. The voucher entitles the non-trade showroom customer to £50 off the sum total of accessories on an order totalling over £1500 excluding VAT. Once the order has been successfully completed, the referring trade customer will receive a credit to their Drakes account depending on the value of the initial showroom order.
3. Non-trade showroom customers must spend in excess of £1500 excluding VAT in one transaction to obtain the £50 discount.
4. The £50 discount can only be applied to bathroom accessories as determined at the point of sale and will reflect the sum total of accessories ordered. If the qualifying order includes only £30 of accessories then a deduction of £30 will be made, not £50.
5. The voucher is valid for 6 months from its date of issue. 
6. Damaged, defaced or counterfeit vouchers will not be accepted.
7. The voucher can be redeemed at any Drakes branch.
8. Once a successful showroom order is placed, the referring trade customer will receive a Drakes credit to the following values excluding VAT: - A showroom order of £1500 spend will earn a £50 referral account credit. - A showroom order of £2000 spend will earn a £75 referral account credit. - A showroom order of £2500 will earn a £100 referral account credit.
9. Credits will show in trade customer accounts by the end of the month following the applicable transaction.
10. Drakes cannot apply account credits to vouchers that are presented with incomplete information and it is the responsibility of the trade account customer to ensure all voucher fields are completed before use.  
11. This promotion is valid from 1/3/2018 until further notice.
12. Drakes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to reasons beyond our control.

Free Customer Breakfasts

Terms and Conditions

1. Customers must spend £250 inc. VAT in one transaction to qualify.
2. Qualifying spend entitles customer to claim one breakfast voucher.
3. Voucher valid for one month from date of issue.
4. The voucher is valid for one order at participating snack, burger or sandwich vans close to your Drakes branch. Speak to a member of Drakes staff at your local branch for directions to the van - it's just around the corner!
5. The cost of drink and sandwich will be covered by the voucher but any additions or extras will be charged for at the correct rate at the time of ordering.
6. The voucher cannot be exchanged for other goods and there is no cash alternative.
7. Promotion open to all customers but limited to one voucher per customer per day.
8. Drakes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion due to advertised ceasing of the promotion or reasons beyond its control.

Up to 30% Off Infinita

Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is for up to 30% off of our Infinita range of products and accessories.
2. This promotion is for purchases made from any of our 8 branches.
3. Any discounted quotations are valid until 31st January 2020 only. Prices will change back to the standard rate after this date.
4. There is no minimum spend for customers to qualify for discount, but discount amounts and qualifying products is to the discretion of the Showroom Consultant and/or the Branch Manager.
5. The discount amounts specified by the Branch Manager are non-transferable to any other preferred products and discounts cannot be exchanged for any other form of credit.
