Details

Earthing is an important part of pipe installation, especaially copper pipe where a static charge can build up very quickly and cause a spark if touched or discharged in some other way. It is a requirement of the Gas Safety Regulations that earthing and earth continuity must remain present on the whole gas pipeline if a gas meter, section of pipe or fitting is removed, creating a space in the pipeline. Rothenberger Continuity Bond with Crocodile Clips are a good quality, easy to use and fast way to maitain the continuity of a pipeline up to 1" or 28mm diameter.
